Our Mission:
Immanuel Lutheran Church, part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) is a joy filled, diverse community, reconciled with God by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, welcoming of all people. We are called to:
Proclaim the Gospel boldly to all people through Word and Sacrament, as well as music, liturgy, social and community outreach;
Witness God’s love in our families, relationships, the Community of Alameda, the Bay Area, the Church & the world;
Nurture each person God gives us through ministering to their spiritual, physical, mental, and social needs;
Practice hospitality daily.
